Corró-Fernández & Asociados, Attorneys at Law, was founded in the year 1996 by three highly experienced lawyers and lawmakers with strong skills in the following areas: Immigration, Residential Tourism, Retired and Pensionate Services, Relocation Services, Incorporation of Companies and Foundations, Personal & Family Estate Planning and Protecction, Labor Law, Real Estate Legal Services, Development & Construction Law, Litigation in General, Criminal Law, Human Rights and Refugee Law, Consumers Protection, Intelectual Propertie Registration & Protection, and Brand Registration as well as in Public Bindings in general.
In the beginning, the firm was founded under the name CORRÓ & JIMÉNEZ by Luis Adolfo Corró Fernández, Yajaira Jiménez and former lawmaker Nodier Miranda Cruz. In the year 2002, Yajaira Jiménez relocated to the United States of America, and former legal adviser to the Panamanian Embassy in Washington, Augusto César Arosemena Santamaría, joined the firm, so the name was changed to CORRÓ, MIRANDA & AROSEMENA till September 2004, when the former was posted as Public Notary, and had to retire from the firm due to law mandate.
In 2006 we change our corporate name to Corró-Fernández & Asociados, Attorneys at Law, and new partners are invited to join to the firm. The firm is reorganized to bring our clients a wider platform of not only legal services but also, other services according to the market s' needs and demands. We rely on a highly specialized group of professionals such as associated lawyers, real estate brokers, custom agents, bankers, medical and insurance experts among others (see list below).
In 2007 our main office in Panama City, Republic of Panama change its location to the International Business Center Tower (IBC), at Manuel Espinoza Batista Avenue, 4th floor, Offices 2 and 3, from where all your legal matters are taken care of, receiving a professional and personalized service from all our partners who combine 35 years of professional experience. |
